PRODUCTTransformer cores
Power Transformer Cores
Power-transformer cores up to 100 t. Precision-cut laminations, pre-stacked packets or complete core assemblies — built to your drawing.

01 / Specification
Core specification
- Material
- CRGO / GOES: conventional, Hi-B or laser-scribed
- Steel thickness
- 0.18 / 0.20 / 0.23 / 0.27 / 0.30 mm
- Single-core capability
- Up to 100 t
- Joint geometry
- Multi-Step Lap to the approved lamination schedule
- Cut-edge control
- Burr height <0.02 mm
- Assembled stack
- Stacking factor >97%
Burr height and stacking factor are manufacturing controls. Order acceptance is agreed for the specified material, coating, stack condition, drawing tolerances and measurement method; these figures do not guarantee transformer loss or efficiency. Single-core capability is subject to project-specific geometry, assembly, handling and transport review.
02 / Supply
Core delivery formats

Delivery format
Cut laminations
Identified cut pieces for factories that build the joint, stack and clamp the core in-house.
Delivery: pieces grouped by the lamination schedule.

Delivery format
Pre-stacked packets
Counted lamination packets arranged in their stacking sequence for core assembly at your factory.
Delivery: identified packets with orientation and sequence retained.

Delivery format
Assembled core
The stacked magnetic circuit with the specified clamping structure, prepared for winding integration.
Delivery: core assembly with the specified accessories and handling provisions.
03 / Integration
Built for your winding and assembly process
Assembly interfaces
Window and limb dimensions, clamping, lifting and upper-yoke access are coordinated with your winding installation sequence.
Project definition
Send the drawing revision, material specification, quantity and destination. Include the required delivery format and the test conditions for any finished-core loss requirement.
Large-core supply
Set the assembly, test and transport boundaries
- Geometry and winding integration
- Confirm three-limb or five-limb construction, stepped sections and window dimensions. Agree the upper-yoke delivery state, any opening or removal required, and the winding installation sequence.
- Clamping and accessories
- List clamps, insulation interfaces, grounding parts, lifting provisions and transport supports. Inclusion and responsibility follow the approved supply scope.
- Finished-core testing
- State the required loss limit, frequency, flux density, excitation arrangement, core condition and reporting requirements before ordering.
- Handling and shipment
- Confirm the factory-release and transport orientations, actual packed dimensions and weight, restraint, lifting method and destination unloading conditions. Review any change of orientation before shipment.
The 100 t figure is single-core manufacturing capability, not a blanket shipping limit or a promise that any assembled core fits a standard container. Handling and transport feasibility are reviewed for the specific project.
The quality-control process separates material certificates from finished-core test results. See the core supply-format comparison when choosing between packets and an assembled core.
