01FAQ

Before you place an order

Short answers. Project-specific requirements are confirmed in the drawing review and quotation.

Core capability

What is your maximum single-core weight?

Up to 100 t per single core. Geometry, assembly stability, lifting, temporary support, packing and transport are reviewed as one project.

Can you manufacture large EHV transformer cores?

Yes. Executed references include transformer cores up to the 330 kV class.

Can you manufacture from our drawing?

Yes. Production is released against the approved drawing, material specification, joint sequence, supply scope and acceptance criteria.

Can you supply stacked cores?

Yes. Supply can be fully assembled and clamped, stacked for customer completion, or prepared as pre-stacked packets.

CRGO processing

What is your maximum automatic cut-to-length width?

Up to 890 mm for CRGO lamination processing; slit-coil widths follow the separate purchase specification.

What burr height do you control?

Below 0.02 mm on cut edges, checked during production.

What stacking factor can you achieve?

Above 97 % on the assembled stack, measured and recorded using the agreed method.

Can you process Hi-B and laser-scribed GOES?

Yes. Supply can use conventional GOES, Hi-B, or laser-scribed and domain-refined GOES, subject to the project specification and material confirmation.

Which material thicknesses can you process?

0.18, 0.20, 0.23, 0.27 and 0.30 mm are used according to the product, drawing and material specification.

Supply format

Can you supply pre-stacked laminations?

Yes. Packets are counted, marked and kept in the approved joint sequence for assembly at the receiving plant.

Do you handle SKD / CKD supply?

Yes. The split of work, packet identification, clamping components, assembly map and packing condition are defined in the order.

Can you provide a mill test certificate?

Yes. The MTC identifies the starting material; dimensional and production records cover the processing and assembled core.

Can you arrange export packing?

Yes. Moisture protection, edge protection, restraint, marking and lifting instructions are specified for the geometry, mass and route.

Quality

What quality records are available?

The agreed set can include the MTC, dimensional report, production photographs, packing record and certificate of conformity.

Can inspection be witnessed?

Yes. Hold points, remote live-video review and third-party inspection can be agreed before production.

How do you protect customer drawings?

Customer drawings and project-specific technical information remain confidential and are not used in public marketing.

How should we send an RFQ?

Send the core drawing, lamination schedule if available, rating, voltage class, CRGO grade and thickness, loss target, supply format, quantity, destination, packing requirement and required delivery schedule.

RFQTechnical review

Send your core drawing.

Send the drawing. The first reply confirms manufacturability, material, supply scope, quotation basis and delivery schedule.

  • Core drawing — PDF / DWG / DXF, with number and revision
  • CRGO grade and thickness, or the loss target to select them against
  • Supply format — assembled core / packets / cut laminations / SKD / CKD
  • Quantity, destination port and required delivery date
