Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the contact and project details you enter. A successful submission is saved in our WordPress enquiry records through Forminator, with a submission reference. We use the existing company email service to send an internal notification; saving a record does not guarantee delivery of that email. This website does not upload drawings.

Information received through your enquiry is used to review specifications, prepare quotations, communicate technical questions and manage the agreed order.

The enquiry form sends your details to our website. Email and WhatsApp remain alternative contact channels: opening a draft or conversation does not submit the website form. You decide whether to send through those services. Send drawings through the agreed channel, not this form.
