PROCESSCapability
Transformer core manufacturing
From CRGO material selection to Step-Lap cutting, pre-stacking and heavy-core assembly. Follow the work and controls at each production stage.

Manufacturing route

Production checkpoint
Slitting
Split coil into strips at the widths specified by the customer. Slitting and lamination cut-to-length are separate operations.
Checkpoint: strip width and cut-edge condition.

Production checkpoint
Pre-stacking
Count and group laminations so the approved joint sequence remains identifiable during handling.
Checkpoint: packet count, orientation and identification.

Production checkpoint
Assembly
Build the stack and fit the agreed clamping structure. Single-core manufacturing capability is up to 100 t.
Checkpoint: core geometry and stacking factor >97%.

Production checkpoint
Inspection & packing
Verify the core and delivery records, apply transport protection and secure the assembly for dispatch.
Checkpoint: protection, restraint and package identification.
Equipment
Heavy-core assembly capacity

100 t
Maximum single-core manufacturing capability
Heavy-core stacking, clamping and controlled turning support power-transformer production.
